The mugs were received very promptly and the quality is very good. My only concern is that I had specified that the graphic was to be on the front AND back of the mug. I had mentioned this in correspondence shortly after I received them, referring to this as a "minor" issue, but they were not as ordered.

Hi Ryan, we understand that the mug first came broken, to which we replace without any extra charges. We are a small and hard working business and could only afford a free replacement of mug. Also, we asked very politely for extra $5.00 for shipping to which you refused and we didn't even forced back, understanding it was not your fault and we did completely bear the loss. Nevertheless, kindly request you to please consider again because we didn't deserve such harsh review. Look forward to hearing from you.

Despite finally getting the product I expected, I had an awful experience ordering from Printyo. I ordered a mug with expedited delivery and it showed up very quickly, after just a couple of days. Unfortunately the mug was not properly packaged and so arrived shattered into many pieces. I raised this with customer service who offered to send another if I paid $5. Given I had already paid $12 for delivery, I refused to do this. A replacement mug was eventually sent several days later but with normal delivery (ie not the expedited delivery I had paid for). The mug eventually arrived and this time it was wrapped securely and arrived in the expected condition. Unfortunately it arrived almost 2 weeks after I initially raised the issue and so received it late for its intended purpose (a Valentines gift). I would recommend avoiding ordering from here.

I ordered with PrintYo for a very last minute Christmas gift, it arrived before Christmas when no other company could! I really appreciate how fast they were with responding to my emails as well. The only reason this review is 4 starts and not 5 is because I paid $5 extra for gift wrapping and this "gift wrapping" was probably the worst I've ever seen, I have to rewrap the gift myself making the extra $5 pointless.

Quick & easy ordering process.. now just waiting to receive product..took firever to recieve & product was not the quality i exoected.. size was larger than i thought & the logo is off centre. Ok for the price i suppose..
